Shipping Carriers
We partner with a variety of trusted shipping providers to ensure your packages are delivered safely and efficiently. These include USPS, DHL, EMS, UPS, FedEx Ground, and other local postal services.
Order Processing
- Order Processing Days: Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Holidays: Processing excludes major U.S. Post Office holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on these holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Handling Time: Our commitment is to promptly prepare orders for shipment. Handling time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days for Standard Delivery and 1 to 2 business days for Fast/Express Delivery. Please note that handling time may take longer, up to 6 business days, or even up to 9 business days, especially during high volume seasons or if the product fails quality control and needs reprinting.
- Personalized/Custom Orders: Personalized or customized items may require additional design and production time, which varies based on the complexity of your request.
Estimated Delivery Times & Costs (USA)
The total estimated delivery time is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time.
- Standard Delivery:
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Transit Time: 7–25 business days. Some items may have shorter transit times, such as 3-4 days or 5-9 days. For T-shirts, it can be 3-12 business days, and general standard shipping can be 6-9 business days.
- Cost: Generally $4.99 – $7.99 for the first item. Costs may vary by item type (e.g., T-shirts: $4.9; Tank tops, Mugs, Hats: $6.99; Long sleeves, Hoodies: $9.99).
- Fast/Express Delivery:
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days
- Transit Time: 2–15 business days. Express delivery for 2D Apparel can be 2-3 days, or 2-5 days for priority shipping.
- Cost: Typically $14.99 – $34.99.
- The accurate shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout once you select your items and enter your shipping address and preferred method.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to a multitude of countries, however, some product types or destinations may have restrictions or longer delivery times.
- International Standard Shipping typically takes 6-30 business days for transit. Some 3D items, flags, and facemasks may take up to 45 days.
- VAT Taxes & Customs: For international orders, we do not add taxes to your shipping costs. However, once your package reaches your country, you may be required to pay customs taxes or duty fees. These charges vary by country, and it is advisable to check with your local customs office for potential additional costs.
- Tracking for International Orders: Full tracking is provided for certain countries, including Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and many European nations. For other countries, tracking updates may cease once the package is handed over to the local international carrier, and we are not liable for tracking updates or delivery confirmation beyond that point.
- P.O. Box and Military APO/FPO Shipping: We do ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses within the US. Delivery to these locations can take up to 40-45 days. Please note that for military areas, we are unable to update shipping information once the package has entered the military zone due to security reasons. For P.O. box deliveries, the tracking status showing ‘delivered’ will serve as evidence of successful delivery.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Notification: After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse (typically after 1-2 business days of processing), a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you.
- Tracking Update Delay: Please allow 3-7 days for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status in their system. If tracking information is not immediately available, it usually means the carrier has not yet scanned your parcel.
- Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, or if tracking shows no updates after 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance. For orders showing as ‘delivered’ but not received, we can suggest options for contacting the carrier, as once the item is with the carrier, we do not have control over it. Packages are considered lost in transit if the shipping timeframe exceeds the maximum shipping/transit timeframe, and these cases must be claimed within 60 days from the ordered date.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including street name, house number, apartment/suite numbers, and correct ZIP codes.
- Consequences of Errors: Incorrect or missing address details may lead to delays or undeliverable orders. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, it may be disposed of by our shipping partners, and re-shipping fees will apply to resend the item. In some cases, a new order may need to be placed. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you request a carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, as this is done at the customer’s own risk.
Shipping Restrictions (Within the US)
Please note that some shipping services or product types may have restrictions. Specifically, we generally do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands for all standard services. However, we do offer shipping to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses within the contiguous US as detailed in Section V.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes within 24 hours of placing it.
- After this 24-hour window, your order may have already been processed or sent to production, and we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations will be possible.
- To request a change or cancellation, please contact us promptly by using the ‘Contact Us‘ form on our website or emailing our customer support. Include your full name on the order, order number, and requested change(s).
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We only ship orders to one address at a time. If you wish to ship items to different locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
